(I) Attended one day’s Training and Awareness Programme on Intellectual Property Rights organized by The Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, India in October, 2014 

(ii) Successfully completed one week course in ‘Direct Trainer Skills’ sponsored by the Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development, in December 2007.

(iii) Worked as resource person in development of marking system for secondary and higher secondary level examination in Bihar Board of Open Schooling and  Examination May, 2013

(iv) Worked as reviewer in preparation/development of self learning material In Economics for senior secondary course in Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination in 2013 

(v)  Developed model test paper on CBSE pattern for class 12^th Commerce for Bihar School Examination Board in 2013 

(vi) Developed Self Learning Study Materials for Nalanda Open University in M.A, BA, and I.A between 2004 and 2010 

(vii) Engaging counseling classes of MA, BA, and IA in Nalanda Open University since 2005 

(viii) Worked as resource person in preparation of District Plan for the districts of Begusarai and Lakhisarai by the Govt. of Bihar for the year 2011-12.

(ix) Conducting debate, quiz and discussion as member of Debating Society and Students Forum of the college.

(x) Organised cultural activities as member of Art and Cultural Committee of the college.

(xi) Awarded S. P. Sinha Gold Medal for excellent contribution in Economic Research by Bihar Institute of Economic Studies, Patna in the year 2004 for my Ph.D work done in Patna University  

(xii) Received Junior Research Fellowship by the UGC in 1994.
