  • Positive Psychology, Positive Psychological Capital and Workplace Behaviours
  • Her primary research interest lies in the area of Positive Psychology. During Ph.D., her work was mainly focused on Psychological Capital, individual and organizational potentials. In her Ph.D. she worked especially in the area of positive workplace behaviours and well- being in health care setting.
