PROMOTIONS:-

• Promoted to the post of the lecture in senior scale from 4 November 2000 (Memo No.- 369/GIA dated 19 August 2010) under the provision of the statute of career advancement scheme by the duly constituted selection committee and approved by the Magadh University Syndicate.
• Promoted to the post of Reader from 4 November 2005 (Memo No. – PC/237/2011 dated 10 August 2011) under the provision of Career Advancement Scheme recommended by the duly constituted selection Committee and approved by the Magadh University 2010 Syndicate.
• After completion of the three year’s service as Reader in Political Science designated as Associated Professor from 4 November 2008 by Magadh University.
• After completion of eight year’s service as Associate Professor from 4 November 2013 Promoted to the post of professor (Memo No.- PC/990/2017 dt 22.05. 2017) by the duly constituted selection committee and approved by the Magadh University 2017 Syndicate.
