  सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि On-line Admission Form Fill up एवं Payment करने के बाद महाविद्यालय में आकर मूल दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन (Documents Verification) अपने विभाग में जाकर सुनिश्चित करेंगे ।

  यदि छात्र एवं छात्राएं अपने मूल दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन (Documents Verification) नहीं करवाते हैं तो उनका नामांकन Validate नहीं हो पाएगा। इसकी जवाबदेही महाविद्यालय की नहीं होगी।

Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
(नामांकन पत्र भरने से पूर्व निम्लिखित प्रमाण पत्र एव दस्तावेज़ को scan कर रखना है |):-

• Scanned Photograph/फोटो (20-50 KB)
• Scanned Signature/हस्ताक्षर (20-50 KB)
• Scanned copy of 10th Marksheet/अंक तालिका (100-200 KB)
• Scanned copy of 10+2/ CLC/SLC/सी.एल.सी/एस.एल.सी (100-200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of Migration Certificate/प्रवासन प्रमाणपत्र (100-200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of Caste Certificate/जाति प्रमाण पत्र, if SC/ST/BC-I/BC-II (100-200 KB)
• Scanned Copy of Offer Letter/Intimation Letter/ (100-200 KB)

It is necessary to scan documents from your originals. Please fill up the details carefully. If you are using the services of a cybercafe to fill up your form, please make sure that details are correctly filled up and the relevant documents are uploaded as prescribed.
